10 Minutes of Yoga to Jumpstart Your Work Day

Not everyone is a morning person, so finding the energy right out of bed can be a bit of a challenge. You may even find heading to bed earlier an ineffective solution to your morning woes.

With these ten 10-minute exercises, you’ll feel more energized after getting out of bed. A long day of work or running errands will no longer stress you out as long as you make these exercises a regular part of your workout/cooldown routine!

Boat Pose

If you’ve never rowed crew, then you’re missing out on one of the most muscle-toning workouts ever. You can maximize the effect by holding the boat position for roughly 10 minutes at a time. Within the first minute or two, you may feel an intense burn in your abdomen. The effects of the boat pose include improved balance and digestion, two things that you’ll need to feel better in the morning!
